We are looking for candidates on the position of
Hardware Services Inventory Planner
Location: Bydgoszcz
Scope of work
Ensure material is properly provisioned and positioned within the physical central and distributed warehouse network to enable achievement of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Analyze and review periodically the available distributed warehouse network to trigger the establishment of new required warehouses to the Logistics Organization when the installed base is out of range to the existing warehouses
Utilize all the available inventory management tools to optimize inventory requirements planning - focusing on segmentation and associated turns maximization
Escalate and follow up with the responsible groups any supply issue impacting the service performance related to the repair and/or the new buy suppliers to ensure that internal & external customer requirements are met
Monitor and resolve customer orders that may be going to be late of even already late by expediting new buy or repair
Monitor Regional Inventory levels and take actions to maintain operational and end of life levels at target plan
Planning tool Part Master additions, ensuring complete attribute data availability
Manage selected customer contracts in terms of material availability and work toward agreed RFS dates
HWSD delivery performance inventory issue analysis on weekly intervals. Identify root causes and drive stock related corrective actions
Development of the optimum supply/demand plan to meet Customer requirements
Acquire mandatory inventory requirements for EOL products that have to be purchased from external Inventory Suppliers. Information like Minimum Shippable Revision, Firmware, etc that may impact the quality of the stock needs to be provided during the material purchasing proces
Key Skills and Experience
Quick learner
Proactive capacity on data gathering and analyzing and good attention to details
Mandatory experience with Inventory Planning and SAP tools
Mandatory experience with Microsoft access
APICS qualification or equivalent an advantage
Lean Six Sigma Certification is an advanta
Fluent English
Interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and strong capability to work in virtual teams dealing with remote and local teams
Clear and precise in all forms of communication, particularly when interfacing with customer representatives and expectation setting
Autonomous, reliability and well organized, able to manage several projects at same time, and able to adhere to tight timelines
Ability to learn quickly (support will be provided) and work unaided
