Opportunity is available for a driven and ambitious Senior Software Developer seeking to advance their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to take on the challenge of developing a sophisticated financial software product utilized by a global audience. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage in designing, building, and maintaining a robust software solution, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and design standards.Contribute to daily development activities while addressing complex technical challenges.Lead discussions related to architecture and ensure compliance with design patterns.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, review code, and promote best practices to support their growth and success.Collaborate with clients and coordinate with Support teams to deliver exceptional service, helping clients optimize their processes and achieve business objectives.Required Qualifications and SkillsA minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in C# and familiarity with C , WPF, React, and SQL Server.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality and reliable software solutions.Strong understanding of testing and validation processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.Proven experience leading development teams and projects, fostering collaboration and alignment within the team.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Proficiency in both written and spoken English.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to create a positive and collaborative work environment.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with cloud platforms and services.Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices.Consort Portugal's culture encourages autonomy and individual responsibility.
