Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as Network Analyst.Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (O365, Teams, etc).Responsible for monitoring customer networks, the status of firewalls and VPN gateways, Service.Report the status and incidents, both internally and to external customers.Responsible for the first line support in case of events and/or incidents related to the network or the security of our customers' ICT network.Check/optimise configurations to ensure they function correctlyAdvice on internal procedures/work instructions and are responsible for their development/maintenance and keeping them up to date.Fluent English.
