What you’ll be doing at Teleperformance Portugal

As a Spanish-speaker Technical Support for Microsoft , you will:

• Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;
• Support deliveries;
• Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers;
• Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;
• Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;
• Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;
• Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.

There will be big smiles if you

• Fluent level of Spanish and a English (minimum B2);
• Need previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) (required);
• Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) (required);
• Knowledge of Basic API and Networking (required);
• Understand Basic programming (Python, C#,) (is a plus).
