We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Romania. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, drive talent strategies, and partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier professionals across a range of functions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic guidance.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural fit.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.
Stay updated on the local Romanian talent market and provide market intelligence insights.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed.
Requirements:
4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level or niche roles.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, international or matrixed organization.
Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruiting tools and platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience to hire product-mind set candidates from RO, MD & CZ location
Fluency in English and Romanian.
Experience with ATS (e.g., Lever,, Workday) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Romanian labor market regulations and trends.
Prior exposure to diversity hiring or global recruiting practices.
