Job Description:


Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying opportunities for digital transformation. Develop and execute account strategies, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Leverage industry insights and sales methodologies to articulate value propositions and close deals.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Sales & Business Development: Expertise in sales strategies, pipeline management, and deal execution.
  • Account Management: Strong relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market trends and customer needs to drive digital transformation.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Ability to present, persuade, and close deals with executives.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field 2 years of industry experience OR 3 years in account management/digital transformation.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence business decisions.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, orchestrating internal and external resources for deal success.
  • Present value propositions aligned with customer business objectives to secure buy-in.
  • Manage sales pipeline, assess risks, and implement strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance solutions and drive long-term partnerships.
