Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create instructional materials that meet the needs of our learners.

Job Title: Instructional Designer

Working Hours: 11am-8pm Romania time Mon-Fri (Overlap with US hours is mandatory)

Location: Romania (full-remote)

Key Responsibilities:

•Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.

•Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.

•Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences.

•Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve instructional materials.

•Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.

•Ensure all instructional materials are accessible and inclusive for diverse learner populations.

•Manage and update content within learning management systems (LMS).

•Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field or proven experience in instructional design and development.

•Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).

•Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

•Proficiency in written English to develop global English readiness assets.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
