We are seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee our service delivery for a project with our esteemed client.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring performance aligns with operational KPIs, including cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Interact with the client to gather their staffing needs, job specifications, including technical skills, experience, and project the human resource needs to hiring team.
Collaborate with hiring team and ensure positions are fulfilled to ensure customer delight
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, collaborating with team leads and customer operations heads.
Drive end-to-end planning and reporting for remote service delivery, ensuring effective resource management and development.
Evaluate operational performance and govern service delivery in conjunction with internal teams.
Foster relationships with stakeholders to support solution development and identify new business opportunities.
Lead initiatives for process improvement, and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a services delivery role along with large team and key account management.
Routine interface with internal stakeholders and senior management
Strong understanding of KPI and SLA management in IT domain.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to drive transformation and innovation within a remote delivery environment.
You must be flexible to work across in different time zones to ensure alignment with leadership
