The Executive Search Team at CTEQ is looking for a talented Junior Sales Analyst, for our Bucharest based client - Nelt Group.

Position Goal
To provide timely and accurate reporting to the sales organization in order to adequately manage the performance of the portfolio and the sales organization they lead.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Sales Plans:
- Distribution of monthly targets based on the total sales program provided by the Department Manager or S KAM, using mathematical calculations based on historical sales data by category, subcategory, sales channels, customers, and work centers.
- Communicating the distributed targets within the organization, informing the team leader, and entering the data into the model according to the defined deadline.
Reporting:
- Creation and updating of reports to track sales performance, with additional training on reporting tools (SAP, BEx, Excel, Power BI, and other available tools for data processing).
- Monitoring sales results and identifying sales trends.
- Preparation of business overviews of the sales program/department responsible.
- Improving reporting according to guidelines provided by the direct supervisor and sales manager.
Analysis:
- Commenting on sales parameters and identifying trends within the sales organization.
Sales Organization Incentive Calculations:
- Responsible for preparing tables for incentive calculations related to the achieved results of each salesperson/supervisor, in relation to the set goals according to the current compensation package.
- Ensuring compliance with the defined deadlines for submitting incentive calculation tables.
Active Participation in Budgeting Process – Revenue Budget:
- Creation of auxiliary files to build building blocks with achieved results for the current year.
- Understanding of building blocks and the budgeting process.
- Assisting the sales organization in preparing presentations for the budget defense in their areas of responsibility.
- Commenting on the received results from the budgeting process with coordination from the direct supervisor, senior analyst, or sales manager.
Work Meetings:
- Regular meetings with the direct supervisor to report on the execution of tasks and activities under their responsibility.
- Participation in meetings with the sales organization within multifunctional teams.
- Occasional involvement in projects for Nelt Group.
Sales Management Assistance:
Providing assistance to sales management in their responsibilities for sales programs through monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
General Activities:
By order of the department head, the employee may also perform other tasks for which they are capable and competent according to legal regulations.
- Constructive collaboration with colleagues from other organizational units and external parties.
- Regular meetings with the direct supervisor for reporting on task and activity execution.
- Communication with relevant departments/personnel regarding correction of erroneous records found in the system.
