About Ontopo

Our platform helps restaurants, cafes, and hotels streamline reservations, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience. As we continue expanding across Israel, Serbia, and Romania, we are looking for a Sales Representative to drive growth in the Romanian market.
Your Responsibilities
● Identify and acquire new restaurants, cafes, and hospitality businesses as Ontopo partners.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the HoReCa industry.
● Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
● Present Ontopo’s platform as a tailored solution for operational challenges.
● Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM (HubSpot preferred).
● Analyze sales performance and contribute to the improvement of sales strategies.
What You Bring
● 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HoReCa, SaaS, or hospitality technology.
● Familiarity with the restaurant industry and its operational challenges.
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
● Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken).
