Currently looking for a skilled Project Communication Lead to join our team.

Role Description

The Project Communication Lead role will support the migration project from Windows 10 to Windows 11 to keep globally in the bank, the OS on a supported version. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of all communication related to the mentioned project.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns and executes communication activities required in the project
• Manage communication at multiple levels, from end user to divisional business owners
• Own and manage the communication plan and its related aspects (e.g. issue tracker, milestone, prioritization, escalation etc)
• Act as a main point of contact for all Windows 11 communication activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience running similar technical projects in a global, enterprise-scale environment
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Ability to confidently provide issue/escalation management
• End User experience of: Windows OS, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Ms Teams. Any experience with Jira, Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence is a plus.
• Confidence to challenge priorities, decisions and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• 25 holiday days per year
• Hybrid and full remote contracts will receive 150 RON/month for home gas/electricity/broadband bills
• 786 RON monthly budget in Benefit Online Platform

• The employees working on bank holidays will be benefitting either of a paid day off in the next 30 days 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.
• Reimbursement for eyeglasses – 25% reimbursed from the total cost, maximum to be reimbursed is 500 RON/year.
• Childbirth allowance of 6500 RON after 1 year in HCLTech.
