Responsibilities:
• Deputy operation manager work closely with allocated team & internal / external cross functional teams & team leads to ensure 100% compliance on all the SLA's as per SOW.
• Service delivery owner resoponsible to handle client escalations & assist service delivery as per agreed SOW with the client
• Inventory reconcilliation for respective API & FG
• Manage RIDS process for respective API and FG
• Manage returns processing of respective API & FG
• Responsible for ontime and full delivery of assigned materials
• Daily stock alert review shortage management
• Participate in VSOT meetings and provide status updates of assigned SKU's / Hcodes
• Support creation of procurement plan S2O plan
• perform Expiry analysis
• Open tickets follow up of respective allocated work items
• Invoice management - work with stake holders & suppliers to resolve invoices
• Participate in regular gemba walks along with supervisor / client to provide process walk throughs & inputs required for continous process improvements and value additions to client
• Flexible to receive additional / new ES planning related responsibilities from client / HCLTech as per business need
Skills and requirements:
• Excellent Knowledge of Supply Chain.
• 5 years of Team management experience is mandatory must have worked in a client facing role in SCM
• Excellent Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Analytical tools.
• Hands on experience in Material planning activities such as Manufacturing Order creation, RR report extraction etc..
• Ability to perform basic tasks based on SOP/ direction from supervisor. Procurement hands on knowledge on material expediting, supplier management, Shortage fulfillment support
• Ability to communicate with client, internal teams and suppliers.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent Communication Skills
