Your main responsibilities:
- Verify and record supplier invoices;
- Issue customer invoices;
- Record entries and exits of fixed assets;
- Record bank statements;
- Verify and record travel expense reports;
- Prepare payments for suppliers, taxes, and other payments;
- Record accounting entries for month-end closing;
- Monitor and control costs by cost centers;
- Prepare and submit netting reports and confirm balances with intercompany clients and suppliers;
- Monitor pre-recorded expenses/revenues
- Prepare and record VAT accounting entries (non-deductible VAT);
- Periodically verify or whenever necessary, supplier and customer account statements, and reconcile balances;
- Reconcile account balances within the area of responsibility;
- Ensure the preparation of statistical reports, adhering to monthly reporting deadlines and legal regulations;
- Participate in the preparation of year-end financial closing and audits (prepare samples for the auditor, send balance confirmations);
- Prepare annexes for monthly billing and send them to customers;
- Verify and record monthly estimates of expenses/provisions in accounting records;
- Prepare monthly reports, monthly direct cash flow report and monthly cost center report for the Jungheinrich Group.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- University degree in economics;
- Accountancy – MS Excel – SAP FI/COA
- high level of written and spoken English
- Result-orientated;
- Capable of solving problems;
- Analytical skills and communication skills.
