Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of quality. This role requires extensive experience in project management, a strong understanding of project methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Define, plan, and lead the execution of projects within a portfolio.
• Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of scope, schedule, and quality.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, including escalation when necessary.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, and communication models.
• Conduct project definition, risk, and product workshops.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and quality in a controlled manner.
• Ensure business continuity through effective documentation and daily logging.
• Provide accurate and targeted reporting on project status.

Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and manage Project Boards.
• Liaise with key service providers and third-party organizations to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements gathering and documentation meet required standards.
• Deliver on accountabilities and KPIs agreed with senior leadership.
• Provide regular updates on project status, issues, risks, and financial reporting.
• Manage project changes and approvals.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in project management and delivery of complex projects (minimum 4 years).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of business acumen and ability to drive project success.
• Highly motivated with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Any certification in project management methodology (e.g., Scrum, Agile) is a plus.
