The Role
WACKO® is seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Manager to join our marketing team. This role is key in enhancing customer relationships, improving engagement, and driving long-term loyalty through data-driven strategies.
The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing customer retention strategies, improving the player lifecycle, and driving engagement through targeted campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the customer journey, data analysis, and a passion for delivering a personalized experience to our players. The role is on-site, work from our office in Bucharest.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to maximize player engagement, retention, and lifetime value across various channels
-Sculpt dynamic and innovate cross-channel CRM campaigns to build relationships with key consumer segments
-Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns, including welcome offers, loyalty programs, retention, reactivation, ad-hoc, and VIP campaigns
-Use customer data and behavior insights to segment and target players with personalized offers, content, and promotions based on player preferences, activity, and spending behavior
-Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, analyzing key metrics such as retention rates, player activity, and conversion rates to refine future strategies
-Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
-Drive customer engagement by creating compelling offers and initiatives to ensure continued player loyalty, reduce churn, and increase player lifetime value
-Work closely with the creative, product, BI, customer service, and 3rd party teams to ensure that CRM initiatives are aligned with company goals, product offerings, and overall customer experience
-Continuously test and optimize customer communication and promotions to improve effectiveness and ROI
-Ensure all CRM campaigns comply with gambling regulations, responsible gaming practices, and data privacy laws
-Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas into CRM strategies
