The Role
We are seeking a PMO to join WACKO® team! Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking an exciting opportunity in the fast-paced online casino industry? We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual ready to make the transition from Project Manager to a PMO, to join our growing team and play a key part in driving the success of critical projects. This is an essential role in enabling the Executive Director to effectively oversee and manage all business projects within WACKO®.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work with the CEO to identify and document all active and planned business projects across the organization
-Monitoring the evolution of the project and ensuring that deadlines are met, ensuring the allocation of the budget, established following the discussion with the CEO and the allocation plans for human, financial, material, and informational resources
-Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress and performance
-Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the project progress to the Executive Director and other stakeholders, in order not to affect its proper functioning, due to errors or risks arising during the project
-Prepare and present clear, concise, and timely project status reports to the CEO and other stakeholders
-Develop and implement a risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
-Escalate critical issues and risks to the CEO and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
-Overseeing project risk management and developing strategies to manage and mitigate risks
-Develop and implement PMO standards, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent project management practices across the organization
-Continuously improve PMO processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
-Designing, implementing and maintaining project management methodologies and processes
-Taking responsibility for the decisions, actions and results of the project, acting as a third party, in the interests of WACKO
-Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including department heads, project managers, and team members
-Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that projects have the necessary resources (personnel, budget, equipment) to succeed
-Track resource utilization and identify potential resource conflicts
-Ensure that all projects are aligned with WACKO®’s strategic goals and objectives
-Provide input into the project prioritization process
