Salary & Benefits

• Gross Pay: $2,700 - $3,300/month (includes allowances & OT for 6-day week)
• Day Shift Allowance: Up to $15/day
• Night Shift Allowance: Up to $25/night
• Bonuses: 13th-month 1-2 months performance bonus

Work Schedule

• Monthly rotating shifts:
  • ️ Day: 7:30AM – 7:30PM (1 month)
  • ️ Night: 7:30PM – 7:30AM (next month)
• Only 4 workdays/week (~15 days/month)
• Optional OT to boost income

Breaks

• 1-hour meal break
Two paid tea breaks (15 mins each = 30 mins OT)

Job Scope

• Operate and monitor battery machines
• Physically fit (lift 10–15kg)
• Do quality checks
• Load materials and keep production smooth
• Handle minor issues, report big ones
