Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Trainer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Trainer with strong technical expertise in safety training, forklift operations, and workplace safety standards. The ideal candidate should have substantial industry experience in logistics or construction and possess the necessary certifications to conduct training sessions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions in accordance with lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
• Conduct assessments as per the established Assessment Plan.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and conducive learning environment for trainees.
• Maintain accurate and complete assessment documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to students.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Certifications:

• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA or ACLP)
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Level B Certification

Completed one of the following:

• WSQ Operate Forklift Course/ MOM FDTC
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the logistics,manufacturing,construction or similar industry.
• Proficiency in conducting basic teaching in English

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
