Order Fulfilment (Aerospace)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a German-Swiss MNC Equipment Manufacturer, and we are looking for a experienced Customer Service Representative to join their business!

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, with experienced in Order Processing or Sales Coordination to handle customers' order fulfilment needs and feedback.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West region, near Clementi
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic AWS VB

The Job:

• Manage customer orders for spare parts and repair units, ensuring efficient processing and delivery.
• Oversee the Turn Around Time (TAT) for repairs, monitor and follow up on sales and purchase orders, and handle customer complaints with effective solutions.
• Administer retrofit and warranty processes, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
• Serve as the liaison between departments such as Workshop, Logistics, and QA regarding customer orders.
• Provide on-call support for urgent issues (e.g., Aircraft On Ground, AOG) if required, and work to reduce un-invoiced activities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The Talent:

• Min A Level Holder.
• Prior working experience within the aerospace/aviation industry handling MRO related.
• Flexible and willing to work outside regular hours when necessary.
