Customer Service Coordinator (Export/ Order Management/ Pharmaceutical)
12-Months Contract

Job Summary:
Responsible to provide professional and quality back-office service to the assigned customers with the objective of meeting company goals and targets including on-time delivery to customers.
To resolve problems, make informed decisions and manage the customer wisely to achieve maximum results independently.
Responsibilities
Own the entire order fulfillment process from order entry, delivery to revenue recognition
Support the order management process to ensure the right orders are processed accurately and on time
Support the Pivot financial flows by ensuring that automated flows are completed smoothly; in case of issues due to blocked flows, to intervene and escalate to the right stakeholders
Effectively engage with internal/external customers, distribution centres, logistics partners, global supply chain product planners and product leaders to ensure delivery and revenue commitments are met
Respond to customer queries and manage customer claims or returns to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
Ensure smooth monthly financial closing for physical and financial flows
Analyze transportation options before proposing the cost effective solution to achieve KPIs linked to container/truck occupancy rates and overall transport costs
Review processes and implement changes to establish effective and efficient workflows when necessary
Adhoc participation in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for project-based SAP back-office tool test scenarios
Comply and adhere to regulatory, customer service and compliance policies and procedures
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain
3-5 years of experience in end-to-end Sales Order Management
Relevant regional experience covering APAC countries
Experience in handling Letters of Credit (LC) and Certificates of Origin (COO) and knowledge of import/export control
Possesses good understanding of key business processes and supply chain management practices
Adept working knowledge of SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) Modules
