Job Description
1. Ecosystem Policy Planning, Refreshing, and Operations
- Develop strategies, programs, and operational plans for the expansion of overseas channel business, and be responsible for the achievement of various business development and operational management indicators.
- Responsible for the review, refresh, and implementation of overseas ecosystem partner policies and rules.
2. Ecosystem Data Analysis and Operations
- Manage the channel business, monitor the achievement of various operational indicators for both long-term and short-term plans, perform in-depth data analysis to identify existing business issues, and provide feasible adjustment solutions.
3. Ecosystem Full Lifecycle Management
- Manage the daily entry, transition, nurturing, and elimination within the ecosystem, ensure ecosystem quality control, audit partner cooperation processes, and manage ecosystem integrity.
4. Ecosystem Resource Inventory and Planning
- Inventory the number, capabilities, cooperation quality, distribution, and mobility of ecosystem partners, build an ecosystem overview, align with partner management strategies, identify key partners, and develop resource allocation, force distribution plans, and partner expansion planning.
5. Ecosystem Performance Incentive Management
- Perform partner performance accounting and commission incentive distribution.
6. Ecosystem Operational Processes and IT Construction
- Connect with regional channel teams, implement partner management processes, partner labeling systems, and partner operation center system optimizations, continuously improve system capability building, and ensure orderly business progression.
Job Requirements
• Over 5 years of experience in international business sales operations, channel operations, or related business operations
• Deeply comprehends ecological partner stratification strategies and operational programs, participates in formulating related channel development strategies and programs, implements them reasonably within the region, and suggests optimizations.
• Based on ecological operational programs, identifies high-potential ecological partners (with high cooperation stickiness, significant cooperation potential, and excellent internal management) for focused investment.
• Proficiently leverages existing resources to effectively empower ecological partners and proposes recommendations for partner operation mechanisms.
• Combining current business conditions, systematically and multi-dimensionally analyzes data phenomena, deeply interprets, and proposes solutions.
• Utilizes data to construct and refine business monitoring systems.
• Possesses a rich reserve of knowledge on ecological partner operations and a profound understanding of the industry, capable of keenly capturing market dynamics and grasping the essence of the industry.
• Capable of conducting systematic analysis and judgment, possessing a certain business acumen, understanding the cooperative relationships between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires collaboration with teams in China.
• Position is open only to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
