RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generate leads and actively pursue sales opportunities within the automotive industry.
2. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Present and promote products such as batteries, wipers, filters, brake pads, and heavy vehicle parts to potential clients.
4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the automotive parts sector.
7. Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
8. Educate customers on product features, technical specifications, and proper usage.
9. Devise and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
10. Resolve customer issues, answer queries, and provide after-sales support when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive parts or aftermarket industry.
2. Knowledge of automotive parts and components is essential.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport is a plus.
