NEW- 12 Months Talent Acquisition Tech Analyst (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

· Handling of recruitment and providing of support for HR related projects

· Identifying of skill and competency gaps and supporting of talent development

· Review of talent acquisition processes and providing recommendations/improvements to it

· Supporting full life cycle recruitment needs

· Implementing of HR policies and strategies and ensuring all policies comply with company standard

· Support the implementation of talent acquisition initiatives, enhancing programs like the employee referral program.

· Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using employer branding across diverse recruitment channels.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
