We seek a highly organized and proactive Company Secretary to support senior management and assist in daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative support, business setup processes, and accounting, with a working understanding of local business laws and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support
  • Prepare business documents, reports, and meeting materials
  • Assist in setting up new business entities and managing necessary documentation and processes
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies, vendors, and service providers on business registration and compliance matters
  • Maintain accurate records and filings in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Support accounting duties such as invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash, and monthly reporting
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors where needed
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and license renewals

Requirements:

  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Prior experience in administration or personal assistant roles
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s business setup process and basic corporate regulations
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with bookkeeping or accounting software
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in liaising with ACRA, IRAS, or other local authorities
  • Knowledge in corporate governance or simple contract review
  • Background in supporting business registration or compliance work
