Address customer inquiries about products and services via email, phone, or in person.

Prepare and send quotations promptly, follow up for approvals.
Process sales orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
Source products and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer demands efficiently.
Maintain accurate updates in the CRM system, including client data and sales forecasts.

Diploma holder in Engineering field.
Experience in sales coordination or similar roles is advantageous.
