Responsibilities
· Manage the full spectrum of workers’ payroll, overtime and all related matters (e.g. foreign worker levy) for a large volume of headcount.
· Updating and verifying biometrics time-in and time-out to ensure payroll is accurate and completed by deadline.
· Prepare wages allocation to projects, wages journals related to deductions, inter-co billing and back-charges to third parties.
· Prepare IR21 for resignations and IR8A for income tax submission.
· Prepare payment and discharge vouchers for resignations.
· Prepare various payroll and related reports.
· Ad hoc payroll related duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in payroll processing.
· LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel application.
· Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of the Employment Act.
· Able to communicate effectively.
· Attention to details and accuracy.
· Immediate or short notice candidates would be preferred.
