Job Posting for HR Training, Recruitment & Onboarding at APP ENGINEERING PTE LTD
We are looking for a hands-on Training, Recruitment & Onboarding Executive to support high-volume hiring, training programs, and smooth employee integration. You will assist in ensuring a well-trained and well-staffed workforce to meet our growing project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support end-to-end recruitment for site workers, engineers, and office staff, ensuring manpower needs are met on time.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and agencies.
Schedule interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate hiring processes.
Assist in work pass applications and compliance with MOM regulations.
Handle onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and site safety inductions.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs for workers and staff.
Arrange mandatory safety training and industry certification programs specific to the construction sector, such as the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) courses, Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC), Work-at-Height (WAH) training, and other BCA and MOM-accredited courses.
Track training attendance and certification renewals to ensure compliance.
Support the identification of skill gaps and assist in planning training initiatives.
HR Administration :
Maintain employee records and filing in system and hard copies.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and industry standards.
Support employee engagement initiatives
Requirement to stand in for reception on rotational basis (If receptionist is on MC/AL)
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR & Admin Manager
Requirements:
Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, training, or HR within the construction industry.
Knowledge of Singapore labor laws, work pass requirements, and MOM guidelines.
Strong coordination and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment and training activities.
Good communication skills in English and other languages (advantageous for liaising with a diverse workforce).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
