Regional HR Manager (Luxury Real Estate Development)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions across multiple markets. This role is responsible for driving HR strategies, managing payroll through external vendors, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with experience in payroll oversight and regional HR management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate objectives and local labor regulations.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding.
• Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business goals, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Manage payroll processes in collaboration with external vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and industry standards across different markets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Drive employees engagement activities
• Implement and monitor HR analytics and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Drive learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and nurture leadership talent.
• Manage HR budgets, vendor contracts, and optimize HR service delivery.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional HR role.
• Experience in the luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end retail industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing payroll through external vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR system.
