Are you a seasoned logistics leader ready to take on a transformational leadership role? We’re partnering with a dynamic and expanding contract logistics provider to hire a General Manager who will drive operational excellence, commercial growth, and regional team performance across Singapore and Malaysia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about leading from the front, building teams, and scaling business operations in a competitive and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership and budget accountability for the SG/MY region
• Oversee and optimize warehouse, distribution, and last-mile operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams and site leaders
• Build strong relationships with key clients and drive commercial expansion
• Implement process improvements and drive automation/digitalization initiatives
• Ensure compliance, quality standards, and safety across all operations

Ideal Candidate:

• 20 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL, or supply chain leadership, with 10 years in management leadership role and PnL responsibilities
• Strong track record in business development and client engagement
• Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple sites and geographies
• Deep knowledge of SG/MY logistics markets, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs
• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability
