About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounts receivable operations across four key Southeast Asian markets. This role focuses on managing daily order release approvals, developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring receivables aging, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as sales and customer service to resolve billing and collection issues.

A critical part of the role involves ensuring process alignment across the region - standardizing practices, streamlining reporting, and driving process consistency across the regions. Additional duties include managing cash receipts reconciliation, overseeing credit account activities, supporting intercompany billing, coordinating tax-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory audit requirements. You will also analyze customer payment behaviors and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance cash flow and operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table (And Why It Matters)

You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience managing accounts receivable functions. You are self-driven, resilient, and able to work independently with confidence and sound judgment. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset enable you to navigate challenges effectively while delivering consistent and reliable outcomes.
