We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team by managing customer records, ensuring smooth sales processes, and handling administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, CRM experience, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for leads, sales updates, and client information.
Track leads, manage sales pipelines, and follow up on pending tasks.
Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience.
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and provide administrative support.
Required Skills:
Experience in sales support, CRM administration, or administrative roles (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms.
