Key Responsibilities:
Assist the main sales representative in managing and updating customer records in Salesforce (SFDC). Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data, customer information, and other relevant records. Follow up on sales processes, including tracking leads, updating status, and ensuring timely communication with clients. Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support the sales team and address customer inquiries. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in data analysis, modelling, and/or financial analysis (tableau relevant) is plus
