Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

· Carry out service and maintenance activities as per defined procedures

· Serve as liaison with clients for technical service issues

· Provide hands-on support and guidance to service team in daily tasks

· Assist supervisors in task allocation and effective team deployment for service delivery

· Handle day-to-day client communications and ensure service expectations are met

· Support timely troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of security systems at client sites

· Understand client business needs and deliver services aligned with their objectives

· Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations

· Carry out additional technical duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience

· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with security systems such as ISMS, Access Control, IDS, and CCTV

· Good interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

· Must be eligible for Cat 2A security clearance
