Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end service and maintenance operations to ensure workflow efficiency
• Serve as the primary liaison for client representatives concerning all service and maintenance matters
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective allocation of resources and task execution for clients
• Manage and guide a team of service professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Design and define service scopes and strategic maintenance plans, including resource allocation, skill requirements, milestone tracking, and performance metrics
• Explore innovative approaches to team utilization and task distribution for enhanced service delivery
• Handle daily interactions with clients, managing expectations and ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships
• Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business model, organizational structure, and strategic goals
• Take operational responsibility for multiple facets of the service team’s performance and output
• Ensure consistent progress and on-time completion of maintenance obligations and deliverables

Job Requirements:

• Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years working experience
• Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
• Hands-on expericence in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
• Technology savvy (hardware & software)
