Junior Sales Engineer

Oil & Gas Manufacturing Company

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions.
• Assess customer requirements and prepare precise sales quotations.
• Keep clients informed about project progress in a timely manner.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports; organize pre-production meetings (PPMs).
• Coordinate sales activities between the factory and overseas offices.
• Work closely with customers to finalize technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough contract reviews with clients before confirming sales orders.
• Ensure accurate communication of sales order details to the engineering and production teams.
• Prepare comprehensive job sheets outlining client requirements.
• Support the team in developing marketing, sales, and presentation materials.
• Share market insights and contribute to market analysis efforts.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering field.
• Preferably minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, or Engineer background within the Oil & Gas/Precision Engineering equipment manufacturing industry.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Preferably experience with ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software, ability to read technical drawings.
