We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Singapore and contribute to our success journey going forward!
What you´ll do here as a Recruitment Specialist
As a Recruitment Specialist you have an important role as a professional recruitment partner in supporting recruitments across the APAC region, making sure we are in line with our recruitment process without compromising on quality. Ensure the candidate get a good experience throughout the process and enhance Axis as brand.
In collaboration with line managers and Regional HRBPs, you will be responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy within your assigned geography. This includes researching, designing, and implementing effective recruitment and staffing initiatives to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. You will also be expected to proactively source top talent to meet the region’s evolving hiring needs.
This is a one-year contract position, based in Singapore
What You’ll Do Here…

Partner with hiring managers to write job descriptions and compelling job ads; define and train interview teams on best practices. Oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Create and manage job postings through Workday.

Use social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, really) to recruit talent proactively.

Maintain recruiting metrics, including cost per hire, time to fill, diversity, etc.

Create and drive initiatives to improve time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Manage Employee Referral Program

Create and manage the Internship Program

Manage interview scheduling and applicant travel (if any).

Manage vendor relationships, including agencies and background screening.

Attend recruiting events to promote Axis’ employer brand.

Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Provide weekly recruiting summaries to hiring managers and monthly reports to the Management Team and regional HR Managers.

Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Deliver offers and close candidates. Disposition candidates in Workday.

What You’ll Need …

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a min 5 years in a recruiting role for a growing company.

Experience from working with recruitment consultants.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation skills.

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies to develop and maintain a diverse talent pool.

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Excellent assessment competence.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (e.g. Workday)

Good knowledge of digital technologies, including social media.

Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
