About The Role

Drives change as part of this unique opportunity of differentiated steering, enabling Agricultural Solutions to unlock further potential and increase customer centricity, improved customer experiences and business outcomes. This role is about fostering a growth mindset, overseeing the delivery of transformation programs, and ensuring staff engagement. It involves establishing relationships with stakeholders to help them overcome barriers to change, setting desired change outcomes, and designing effective change management programs.

How You Will Do It

  • Identify and dismantle outdated processes and ways of thinking that hinder digital transformation and prepare the organization for future success.
  • Accountable for practical tasks required for successful transformation and encourage adoption of new approaches and embrace large-scale change, such as using cross-functional teams. Drive digital transformation effort, connecting the perspective of frontline teams to the overarching strategy and vision.
  • Embracing and enacting change by providing coaching for managers and team leaders. Develop staff through capability development and coaching.
  • Identify financial impact of significant company changes, focusing on value creation and the value case.
  • Engage in active listening to understand everyone's needs, concerns, and proposition. Address complaints and key concerns impacting staff morale and performance.
  • Integrate teams to remove internal barriers and bureaucracy.
  • Identify key business experts, site responsible, and crucial dependencies. Collaborate with implementation partners to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategy that facilitates various transformation activities and enhances customer experience, including stakeholder engagement and training.
  • Lead the adoption of new operating models, methods, processes, tools, and metrics. Oversee organizational development processes for employee engagement, systems thinking, and team development.
  • Provide support to leadership and the leadership team on other activities as required.

What We Look For

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, Chemistry, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience including leadership and project experience
  • Experience in commercial topics and transformation programs, change management principles and implementation
  • Prior experience in a Multinational Corporation setup and matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with digital tools especially its implementation, demonstrating deep business acumen and analytical skills in facilitating business transformation
  • Emotional intelligence, interpersonal and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to overcome organizational challenges
  • Experience leading workstreams, teams or projects including motivating employees to embrace change, as well as mentoring, designing and moderating workshops
