Technical Coordinator (Architectural Submission)

• Support CORENET submission process for Architectural Packages/Technical Submissions; functioning as a trusted interface for all regulatory work.
• Guide the technical direction of each project, bringing clarity to teams in crafting and refining architectural submission packages for local authorities.
• Ability to guide/implement and coordinate submissions within Revit Architecture, ensuring they meet the rigor required for approval.
• Maintain strict oversight on document revisions, preserving the quality and consistency of each deliverable.
• Support Architects, Designers, and Project Leaders in implementing adjustments, harmonizing design packages with Authority feedback and code

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural, Civil, or related Design Discipline
• At least 1 year of prior experience in an Architectural or Professional Engineering Consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Corenet submission; the ability to properly perform submissions is crucial
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work with different external stakeholders and key partners
