Private Banking Operations (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Provide back-office support to private banking and treasury operations.
• Corporate Actions processing
• Transaction processing (FX, Equities, Structured Product, Bond, Note)
• Process settlements in systems
• Daily reconciliation of securities positions / holdings.
• Prepare trade confirmations and statements to clients.
• Assist new product or system enhancement testing and UAT.
• Prepare monthly reports related to transactions, KPI and regulations

Requirements

• Relevant PB operation and Corporate Action/Settlement experience in banking environment.
• Good processing knowledge of financial products
• Relevant experience in banking systems i.e. Avaloq etc.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
