Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Handling vessel document i.e. arrival / departure crew list, reporting document to Maritime Port Authority, Immigration Checkpoint Authority, Singapore Custom etc.
• Arrange supply boat for provisions/stores/ spare delivery to vessels
• Facilitating crew change in an orderly & timely manner to meet with vessel schedule
• Ensure proactive, efficient and timely communication at all times
• Ensure cost effective vessel operations
• Monitor and record expenses that arise during vessels’ port call

Requirements

• Possess relevant computer skills (Microsoft word/ Excel / Powerpoint)
• Able to work at odd hours / date (if required) due to vessel calling Port of Singapore
• Attend and board vessels when required
