We are a small batch bakery with a focus on sourdough breads and artisanal bakes

You should

• have minimum 3 years' experience in sourdough or western style bread

• possess strong teamwork

• able to work independently

• able to monitor bread quality throughout the production process, from mixing to baking

• address any quality issues promptly and effectively
