BAKER

Sembawang Confectionery is a traditional cake shop. Committed to bringing our customers freshly baked bread with a traditional taste.

We are urgently looking for experienced Bakers to join our company.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and present all baked items effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
• Able to produce bread / buns on schedule.
• Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness.
• Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
• All other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in bread making preferred.
• Possess Food hygiene certification.
• Able to understand English (most of our documents are in English).
Able to work on weekends.

Working hours

• Full-time position
• Must be able to start work at 7.00am
• 6 days work per week
