Job Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory control, space planning, shipping, and team productivity.
Ensure critical materials and parts are always available, especially for urgent repair and maintenance cases.
Collaborate closely with the Material Planning team, suppliers, and stakeholders to track and confirm delivery timelines.
Oversee the full order fulfilment process – from receiving to packing to last-mile delivery.
Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, and machinery (MHE) to maintain high operational standards.
Coordinate with various teams (Planning, Engineering, Project) to review stock levels and optimize inventory.
Ensure all logistics operations meet safety, quality, and customer service standards.
Review and improve warehouse workflows, layouts, and manpower planning.
Uphold workplace safety and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding.
5 years of experience handling order desk or order management tasks.
Strong understanding of logistics processes and warehouse operations.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Prior experience working in rail logistics or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Familiarity with Singapore’s logistics and customs landscape.
