Accounts Payable Executive - Asset Management

An international and expanding buy-side organisation is urgently hiring an Accounts Payable Executive in Singapore. Regional role - assisting on all Accounts Payable matters covering Singapore, Hong Kong, China and etc.

• Minimum 15 years of experience
• Accounts Payable experience (MUST HAVE)
• Prior experience doing full sets of Accounts (MUST HAVE)

Responsibilities:-

• Review and handle invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
• Prepare payment voucher summary and submit for approval
• Payment processing via telegraphic and interbank transfers
• Prepare invoices for intercompany billings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a good University
• Minimum 15 years of experience; at least 3 years Accounts Payable experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, able to work independently and as a good team player, detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
