Position Summary:
The Client Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing key operational activities, working closely with Client Management and Operational professionals across the business. This role will focus on delivering seamless services for APAC-based clients who have Separately Managed Account
Key Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with Clients, Account Managers, Account Associates, and Transition Teams to understand and document client requirements for:
- Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient management of portfolio events.
- Track portfolio event progress, proactively addressing delays or complexities and managing client expectations accordingly.
- Conduct post-implementation oversight to identify and resolve any issues following portfolio transitions.
- Manage and coordinate requests from internal portfolio managers or trade floor teams for:
- Organize post-event review sessions to analyze performance, document learning opportunities, and implement process improvements.
- Execute additional day-to-day operational tasks as required to support client accounts and ensure operational excellence.
