Job Posting for Vice President of Strategic Planning at Charterhouse Asia
This role directly supports the Head of the Group’s Strategic Planning function, contributing to various high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of assigned strategy-related projects or workstreams, offering analytical insights and helping to shape strategic conversations in collaboration with business units and the central strategy team.
Play a central role in managing the annual and long-term planning cycles, including the five-year strategic roadmap and yearly financial planning.
Gather and integrate both internal and external data sources to support high-level communications.
Assist in developing and managing partnerships with peer organizations globally to build new capabilities and expand international business reach.
Provide planning and coordination support for key leadership forums.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in strategy execution, with a solid background in consulting and corporate strategy, along with exposure to business development initiatives.
Familiarity with tech-driven sectors, particularly emerging or deep technologies, would be an added strength.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
