Customer Service Executive (Logistics)

Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and global partners.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage shipping documentation formalities with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and closure of all job files.
Coordinate daily operations and transactions related to freight forwarding and other logistics activities.
Maintain and update data entries in the in-house system to ensure operational accuracy.
Collaborate with various suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Provide competitive rates to intercompany stakeholders when required.
Assist with rate sourcing and negotiations with carriers as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs.
Must have experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant personality and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Specialized Knowledge: DGR training and experience handling OOG (Out of Gauge) cargo are advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
