Compliance Advisory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on business process adjustments.
• Maintain policies and internal control frameworks.
• Execute compliance monitoring and testing programs.
• Oversee AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and market abuse prevention.
• Handle regulatory reporting and audits.
• Participate in local and global regulatory projects.
• Support on central compliance and licensing matters.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 7 years' compliance experience in CMS-licensed firms (retail investor focus preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SFA, FAA, MAS regulations, and securities/OTC derivatives.
• Excellent policy writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, and capable of making sound decisions independently.
