About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Business Manager to lead the commercial success of our medical device portfolio in Singapore. This is a pivotal role combining sales leadership, marketing execution, and supply chain coordination to ensure strong market growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
Drive revenue growth and market share across the medical device portfolio.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Manage relationships with key customers, including hospitals and clinics.
Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships.
2. Marketing & Portfolio Strategy
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine positioning.
Conduct regular training sessions and product updates for internal teams and external partners.
3. Stock Forecasting & Supply Coordination
Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with supply chain and operations.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stock-outs or excess.
Liaise with distributors and internal stakeholders to align on order planning and logistics.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure full compliance with local regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
Prepare and present regular business performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in sales, marketing, and commercial management.
Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare landscape is essential.
