Business Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Business Manager to lead the commercial success of our medical device portfolio in Singapore. This is a pivotal role combining sales leadership, marketing execution, and supply chain coordination to ensure strong market growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

• Drive revenue growth and market share across the medical device portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage relationships with key customers, including hospitals and clinics.
• Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships.

2. Marketing & Portfolio Strategy

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine positioning.
• Conduct regular training sessions and product updates for internal teams and external partners.

3. Stock Forecasting & Supply Coordination

• Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with supply chain and operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stock-outs or excess.
• Liaise with distributors and internal stakeholders to align on order planning and logistics.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure full compliance with local regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
• Prepare and present regular business performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, and commercial management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare landscape is essential.
