Job Posting for Business Development Executive at E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY
Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.
Manage sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share of commercial products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and delivery.
Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our commercial products and services.
Job Requirements:
‘O’ level & above with 1-2 year of sales experience.
Diploma with No Experience is welcome to apply. Must possess passion in Sales.
Basic Commission Transport Allowance HP Allowance (Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification).
